Located at the western end of the hotel overlooking the river and out to the Straits, it is the place to be after work as the sun sets and the day cools. Light bar lunches and afternoon tea become talked about again. With beers on tap, BarRio also offers a variety of boutique beers, wines and spirits including a variety of Soju and Sake, with a list of contemporary and classic cocktails. All this enjoyed in the unique setting of being by the riverside or in one of the private cabanas "in" the Lago at the centre of the hotel.

Breakfast is a continental buffet, bakery & toast stations and an extensive a la carte selection of hot contemporary dishes supplemented by just squeezed juices, fresh ground coffee and loose leaf teas.

Lunch sees the return of daily changing fixed price lunch menus. Ideal for business entertainment in the opulent surrounds of the grill room. The menu will offer daily changing five choices in two or three courses.

Guests can choose for the more informal bar and cafe menu in the brasserie area or, for that special occasion, go for the Grill experience. This sees the re-introduction of some classic dishes presented with contemporary service. Dishes for two, gueridon service and a broad choice of wine from around the world all add up to a uniquely riverside dining experience.

Right on the south east corner of the hotel is the most immediately accessible part of the hotel by the river.

Single dish breakfast for dine in to take away. Coffee and fresh juices on the go, beers and wine, light blackboard lunches, sport updates on the screen.

In the evening, the River Cafe becomes a wine and sushi bar offering a range of fresh seafood items to complement a list of wines, sake, soju and cocktails.
