Located at the western end of the hotel overlooking the river and out to the Straits, it is the place to be after works as the sun sets and the day cools. International selection or boutique beers supplement draught choice, wine and some of the coolest cocktails served with equally cool jazz in the evenings. Twists on classic cocktails, cryogenic sorber cocktails in a cone and orders by the litre jug will be available. Bar opens at 4pm on weekdays and 5pm during weekends. Happy hour start at 5pm till 9pm. Service till midnight with live band except Monday and screening of current sporting events on 40" screen.

Breakfast is a continental buffet, bakery & toast stations and an extensive a la carte selection of hot contemporary dishes supplemented by just squeezed juices, fresh ground coffee and loose leaf teas.

Guests can choose for the more informal bar and cafe menu in the brasserie area or, for that special occasion, go for the Grill experience. This sees the re-introduction of some classic dishes presented with contemporary service. Dishes for two, gueridon service and a broad choice of wine from around the world all add up to a uniquely riverside dining experience.

Perched on the right of the south east corner of the hotel is the most immediately accessible part of the hotel by the river.

Coffee, juice, smoothies and sandwiches – on the corner directly on the main promenade. Catch up with reading the papers, magazines with a wood fired pizza or foccacia sandwich.
